As construction continues in our Scenic Rim community, we’re keeping our future residents up to date with all the latest progress.
In the last month, the Winslow team has been making great progress on site. The construction of stormwater culverts is currently underway, and the installation of drainage pipes is nearing completion, as are ground stabilisation works. In the next week, the team will kick off electrical works – an exciting phase for our community!
In other news, the widening of Beaudesert Nerang Road is currently underway, and Telstra works within the site boundary are nearing completion.
