It’s full steam ahead at Benobble Heights at the moment! The construction team are hard at work putting the finishing touches on Stage 1A & 3, and working towards the completion of the civil & electrical works in Stage 1B & 2.
Over the last few weeks we’ve seen:
- Installation of street lights and sign posts
- Tree planting commenced along the nature strips
- Fencing commenced along drainage areas
- Rehabilitation works
- Bitumen to the widened section of Beaudesert Nerang Road at the estate entry
Final plans have been submitted to Scenic Rim Council for sealing and we anticipate the lodgement of titles with Title Queensland will happen shortly.
