This week the title registration process for Stage 1A & 3 has been completed and we’re now holding the titles for lots 25 to 53 which are now ready for settlements.
Our first round of settlements will be taking place mid Septemeber & we’re very excited to be able to hand over these beautiful big blocks to the new owners. We cant wait to see the estate take shape as the first homes commence construction in the coming months.
Stage 1B & 2 is also progressing well with civil works, tree planting, grass seeding completed. Plan sealing & title registration for these blocks won’t be far away now.
