Since construction kicked off in September, we’ve had some pretty wild weather thrown our way. Luckily, the fantastic team at Winslow have been right on top of it and have already started the initial earthworks across the first stage.
Already, clearing of the site has been completed and the team are working on the creation of the internal fire trails. We’ve also had a grader on site, which has stripped the topsoil along the roads to map out the access streets.
As we progress and look to see out 2021, the Winslow team will finalise the stripping works throughout the subdivision and cut-and-fill works will begin on the roads and drainage channels. The team will continue clearing the fire trail in accordance with bushfire management guidelines, with the plan to start stripping it by the end of the week.
